1. All residents and their guests are welcome to participate in water volleyball; the only requirement is that players must be 13 years of age or older and a height of at least 5 ft. allowing them to stand in the pool comfortably and safely.
2. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times. Even if the adult is not participating in the game.
3. The water volleyball schedule varies seasonally as follows
4. Morning session hours during the week (M-F):
5. High Season (11/1 – 3/31) the hours are 11AM – 12:30PM
6. Low Season (4/1 – 10/31) the hours are 11AM – 12:30PM
7. The evening session hours:
8. High Season (11/1 – 3/31) Mon, Wed & Fri 4PM – 5:30PM
9. Low season (4/1 – 10/31) Mon – Sun 4PM – 5:30PM
10. Saturday Morning Hours will be from 9:30 AM – 11AM
11. During High Season or when necessary, teams are to be decided by the signup sheet, and the game will be broken up into sessions. The preferred maximum is 8 players per team.
12. Be courteous and respectful to all residents and guests using the pool. Always keep an area clear where people will be able to enter and exit the pool via stairs.

Bingo is played every Monday at 7pm in the clubhouse.  All are welcome to play.

The third Saturday of each month year-round we enjoy a Pot Luck at the Clubhouse.  Bring a dish to share and enjoy the camaraderie of your neighbors.

Pickle courts were recently added to our tennis courts.  Pickle ball is played in the evening and some mornings.  Check the bulletin board in the Clubhouse.

We partner with local farmers to have an on-site weekly market in our parking lot.  Enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables right in our complex.

Weekday mornings at the pool. Open to all. Lead by an aerobics instructor. 

League play is every Tuesday evening on the South side of the Clubhouse. Signup is in January for seasonal league play.
