Pine Ridge has:
- A 40 x 80 swimming pool where people go to exercise each weekday at 10 a.m., play volleyball at 11 a.m., and water walk at 12 p.m.. The pool is open to all residents from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The pool is heated to 88 degrees F during the cool months.
- A 10 x 10 hot tub kept at 104 degrees is next to the pool.
- Bocce ball court with weekly league play.
- Four shuffleboard courts with weekly league play.
- A newly resurfaced tennis court.
- A large clubhouse that houses the office, clubroom, kitchen, restrooms, and two all purpose rooms for meetings. Many members of the community show up for bingo, parties, card games, craft night, and many other social events.
- A 20 acre lake surrounded by a .9-mile walking path. Catch and release fishing is allowed, and the lake has plenty of fish such as bass, bluegill, gar, carp, and many turtles. A new music venue for acoustic instruments with a nearby picnic area.
- A butterfly garden with benches on which to sit.

One of the prime amenities of Pine Ridge is its 20 acre lake. The lake is not a storm water pond as so many are. The main part of the lake is over 12 feet deep when the surface level is at the outlet weir. We sample the water periodically, and receive good reports from the lab.
The lake contains bass and bluegills, and some other fish that probably swam up the outlet channel. We get a smattering of water birds who perch along the riprap to feast on minnows. Fishing is allowed, but most in the community enjoy the lake via the 0.9 mile walking/biking path. In 2014 the Association made a special effort to irrigate and landscape the east side of the lake, and their effort has helped that area.

Beautiful 80 foot by 30 foot newly textured pool. The pool area also includes an 8 foot by 8 foot hot tub that is kept at 104 F year around. The pool is heated with geothermal heat pumps, which hold the pool at a comfortable 87 F except during an extended cold spell. Water volleyball and aerobics daily.

The court was totally renovated in 2018 and is in good shape.
Pickle ball courts were added recently and pickleball is played every evening and some daytimes.

The paved Walking Path around the lake is .9 Miles long. Enjoy the lake, flowers, trees, turtles, birds and more. Relax on one of the multiple benches and enjoy the serenity. Fishing is allowed but catch and release only.

Our nicely stocked library is located in the Clubhouse and is open for residents all normal Clubhouse hours. Volunteers keep in organized and well stocked.

The main picnic area by the clubhouse is equipped with a gas grill, lighted shade for tables, fire pit, chairs for relaxing, a stage and easy access to dock/deck to enjoy the beautiful lake views.
Smaller picnic areas are by each of the condo. Every area has charcoal grills, picnic table and fire extinguisher.
Located at the South end of Green Cypress Lane, this fenced area with seating is a great for meeting other dog owners and gives your dog an opportunity to socialize.
